Return & Exchange Policy
At Zaelah Boutique, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for monetary reimbursement.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for eligible items.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- The item must be received back by our store within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and free of stains, odors, damage, washing, or signs of excessive wear.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging when possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@zaelahboutique.com so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Beauty or personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
