Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Zaelah Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@zaelahboutique.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
